Thank you for your interest in participating in the “THE BIZZ KWIZ 2025” program. To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all participants, we have established the following terms and conditions. We kindly request that you carefully review and adhere to these guidelines:
1. Eligibility:
a. Participation in the quiz program is open to employees of various Corporate houses, Business houses, self-employed, Professionals, and staffs from various Institutions / Universities.
b. The participants / quizzers must be over 18 years of age while participating.
2. Team Composition:
a. A participant may participate as an individual or as part of a team.
b. Maximum of 2 member team can be formed.
c. Participants / quizzers may form a team as :-
i) Same Corporate
ii) Cross Corporate
iii) Same Institution
iv) Cross Institution
v) Hybrid Team
Note: Hybrid Team consisting of 1 Corporate participant & 1 Institutional Participantnt will be considered as Corporate Team.
3. Registration:
a. Mode of registration will be online and offline.
b. To participate, one must complete the online registration process within 30th November 2025.
c. Offline registration process will be available at The Raas Manch 1 on 6th December 2025. (There will be an additional charge for online registration)
d. Registration fees must be paid according to the instructions provided. (Specified in clause 4)
e. Registration requires providing essential information, including team name, participant’s name, contact details, and any other required details mentioned in the Google form, link provided.
4. Registration fee:
a. Corporate team Entry Fee Online Registration Rs. 3,000/- + GST (18%)
b. Corporate team Entry Fee Offline Registration Rs. 3,500/- + GST (18%)
c. Hybrid team Entry Fee Online Registration Rs. 3,000/- + GST (18%)
d. Hybrid team Entry Fee Offline Registration Rs. 3,500/- + GST (18%)
5. Quiz Format:
a. The quiz format will be communicated before the event, including the number of rounds, questions per round, and the scoring system.
b. Any tie-breaker rules will also be explained.
c. Team composition cannot be changed after the qualifying rounds are conducted.
d. An institution/corporation can send any number of teams to register for the quiz.
6. Prizes and Rewards:
a. Prizes will be awarded to the winning teams and to runner-up teams.
b. Category of Prizes are –
i) Winner – Rs. 40,000/-
ii) First Runner Up – Rs. 30,000/-
iii) Second Runner Up – Rs. 20,000/-
Note : Note that any prizes awarded may be subject to taxation, and winners are responsible for complying with tax regulations.
7. Code of Conduct:
a. All participants are expected to adhere to a high standard of behaviour.
b. Once registered, organizers have the right to communicate with the teams, from time to time, any information regarding the quiz.
c. All participants are required to carry a valid company/institution photo ID to the venue, without which participation will not be allowed.
8. Intellectual Property:
a. All rights to content generated during the quiz, including questions, answers, and event photos, are the property of the organizers.
b. Participants may inquire about the use of quiz-related content for personal purposes.
9. Disqualifications:
a. Teams may be disqualified for violating the rules and code of conduct.
b. Cheating, disruptive behaviour or unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated and may lead to disqualification.
c. The usage of cell phones, laptops, tablets, or any electronic devices during the quiz is strictly prohibited. Any individual or team found using the same would be disqualified.
d. The decision of the Quiz Master will be final and binding on all issues related to “THE BIZZ KWIZ 2025” and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained by the organizers.
10. Dispute Resolution:
a. A process for resolving disputes or issues that may arise during the event will be provided.
b. Disputes, if any, are subject to the jurisdiction of Kolkata, West Bengal.
11. Liability:
a. Participants may be required to sign waivers or releases.
12. Privacy:
a. Personal information provided during registration will be handled as per our privacy policy.
b. By entering the event venue and/or participating in the quiz, the attendees permit themselves to be photographed/videographed/recorded by electronic and print mediums for telecast/publication and other display usage of the organizers.
13. Changes and Cancellations:
a. The organizers retain the right to make any changes to the event, its format, date, rules, and any matter related to this event, at any time before or in the course of the event.
b. The process for notifying participants about any changes or cancellations will be communicated accordingly.
14. Feedback and Evaluation:
a. Participants may have the opportunity to provide feedback and evaluations regarding the event.
b. Details on how feedback will be collected and the right to provide input will be explained by the Quiz Master.
